Pay With PayPal

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

Pay With Klarna
With Klarna, you can enjoy the freedom to "Buy Now, Pay Later." Buy now, pay later allows you to order our products without an upfront payment, and start paying after receiving the products in the agreed installments. Also, you will be able to split your purchase amount and pay over 3/4 interest-free payments to spread the cost over time.
Klarna Financing empowers you to split the cost of your purchases into small, manageable payments over a period of up to 36 months.

FAQ
1. Are there any extra fees when I buy Bambu Lab products?
It depends on the payment method you choose. The final price may fluctuate with exchange rates if you pay the order with an international bank card. And your bank or credit card issuer may also charge foreign conversion fees. If you have any questions about the fees, please contact your bank or credit card issuer for more details.
2. What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?
If the payment has been declined, please place the order again as we’re not able to reinstate the order. To help ensure your order is not declined when placing new orders, please check the information listed below:
Order information: e.g., phone number, email address
Card details: e.g., the expiration date, security code and your billing address
If everything is correct, try paying with another card or form of payment.
3. How can I know whether Pay in 3/4 with Klarna or PayPal is available or not?

4. How long do refunds take to process?
The refund will be processed via the same payment you made the order. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer. For more details, please check our Refund policy
5. Is my Personal Payment Profile secure?
Yes. Bambu Lab provides 100% secure payment methods and will not share this information with any outside organizations.
6. How to apply gift card code to my order?
You can apply the gift card code to your order at the checkout page.
If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the gift card balance will be deducted in full, and the remaining order amount can be paid using another payment method. If the order total is less than the gift card balance, the gift card will cover the entire amount of the order, and the remaining balance on the gift card can be used for future purchases.
Note:
- You can apply multiple gift cards to a single order.
- Before applying the gift card code, please ensure that you have selected the appropriate country/region from the top right corner.
- We only accept gift cards issued by the official Bambu Lab website.
