We strive to process and deliver your orders in an efficient and timely manner. If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please follow the steps below:

For the Order for the off-the-shelf("OTS") product, here's how:
  • You can cancel an order for the OTS product you made within two hours of submitting your order. 
  • If you're unable to cancel your order, you can:
    • Contact the carrier once it ships and ask if your order can be returned to us (there is no guarantee that it can be rerouted);
    • Refuse the package at the time of delivery to have your order returned to us, and we’ll process a refund after the return of the OTS product to our warehouse. For more information on returns, refer to our RETURN & REFUND POLICY. 
For the Pre-Order Product, here's how:
  • You can cancel the preorder you made within two hours of submitting your order of the Pre-Order Product. 
  • You can cancel the preorder you made more than two hours of submitting your order of the Pre-Order Product and Bambu Lab has not yet shipped the preorder, you can start a cancellation request by email at support@service.bambulab.com, asking Bambu Lab to cancel your preorder.
  • If Bambu Lab declines your cancellation request, or if they've already shipped your product, you can:
    • Contact the carrier once it ships and ask if your preorder can be returned to us (there is no guarantee that it can be rerouted);
    • Refuse the package at the time of delivery to have your preorder returned to us, and we’ll process a refund after the return of the OTS product to our warehouse. For more information on returns, refer to our RETURN & REFUND POLICY.
